long haired children the turbo brush is fantastic at picking up hair from the carpet. I am constantly amazed by how much it picks up. Our carpets looked like they had been professionally cleaned after the first use of this vacuum. The turbo brush/head It is the only way I have been able to get pet hair out of the car upholstery. It is a well built quality product with great suction. Very good air filters- no nasty vacuum cleaner bag air being returned to the atmosphere. Ability to remove human and pet hair from carpet. Excellent filters Nothing that I have found. Maybe could have a longer electricity cord.

department and I had to wait 2 weeks, but it would definitely happen, we promise. Didn't happen, wait another 2 weeks. More calls to Optus, more time on hold. Didn't happen. Oh. Sorry we can't unlock this phone, it is locked by the phone manufacturer. Call the phone manufacturer who told me it was completely untrue and the phone service provider lock the phones. When I rang Optus back (more time on hold) and I challenged them about this lie, they actually confessed and promised to provide an unlock code......................in 2 weeks. I eventually got the unlock code. but it was months of phone calls, lies and broken promises. nothing very poor customer service and deliberate lies are unforgivable
