Grant and Kylie are some of the most reliable and trustworthy people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, and if you look at my other reviews, you will see that I am an incredibly harsh judge of poor customer service and untrustworthy people.

From Grant's assistance in buying a used car on a very tight budget when our old one was crashed into, to Kylie dropping us home every time our cars were being serviced, including the double trip she happily made when we were so tired we forgot our house keys at the garage and locked ourselves out.

Grant will never overcharge you and will give excellent economic advice if he believes a car is on its last legs and isn't worth putting more money into. You do not need to know anything about cars in order to receive his excellent guidance in this area. He will not steer you wrong. If you aren't quite able to keep up with his technical advice, Kylie will be able to sit with you until you do. The other younger staff in the garage are equally happy to share their advice and guidance, all having been mentored under Grant's excellence.

This family business are a Blackwood institution and there's a reason they are always fully booked out by the locals.

Even if I move away from the area, these guys will be worth making the trip to from anywhere in Adelaide for work on my cars. I suggest you do the same.
