WARNING!!!!!! Do not use eDreams – WARNING!!!!! Do not use eDreams for any flight bookings. There was a mistake in my booking (from their end) that I tried to correct within 24 hours of booking and not only did…

they not have a contact number that would take my call so I could change flight dates (booking was outside of 7 days of flight), but they will also not issue refund even though I paid for their "premium" service that would issue refunds or change of flights. The problem was I needed to fly within the next 7 days but booking was changed to 3 weeks away...... The only way of contact was through FB and this was no help at all. They blamed the aeroplane company for not issuing refund and gave me 3 contact numbers for their help desk and not one of them worked. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They take your money and never give it back if you have to cancel, even though it was their fault for needing to cancel.

Luckily Qantas was able to credit me my ticket and interestingly enough, the lady I spoke to said she's heard nothing but bad experiences with eDreams.
