The build was managed so well, we have had so much communication and support from our building supervisor, we have had on site appointments for every stage which included a very thorough walkthrough and explanation of what’s happened so far and what was coming up so we were always 100% up to date with all information. The overall quality of the build is fantastic, everything is very neatly done, no major faults anywhere, there has been only a couple of very very minor things come up after hand over which is completely expected and they have been all fixed within a few days- nothing is an issue and it’s very comforting to know that we have this level of quality from Darren our supervisor- really cannot fault him at all and his work, we had heard a lot of positive reviews about Darren as a supervisor and it’s really been proven. Our build was also done exactly on time- the day of the first appointment we were given a rough estimate and we had handover on the exact day that we were first told. The cost of the build came in exactly what we were quoted, Harmac were really well priced which was an appealing attribute for first home buyers. We are so thankful that we chose Harmac and have the most beautiful home.
