Big W Retail Stores Omg incompetent – Go in, notice that they don't have active wear for smaller than XXXL, show female on door my bag she's fine. Wall 5 metres and show another person my bag "did you buy that from… here? I want to see your receipt". I have a bag which clearly says STORE DJ with synthesizers in it. Good riddance BIG W, worst shopping experiences of my life! Stop employing foreign security. |

Kmart Retail Stores Profit before customer service – Went to Victoria Gardens to get a towel for gym. Change rooms were full of rubbish "I'm not permitted to walk over and clean" said the staff member. Self service had one guy for… the Entire area of 12 machines, three people needed assistance and even he was struggling to find something on his hand device. I left my stuff and gave the middle finger to the camera. Disappointed! It's ok if you're XXXL or similar but literally NOTHING in clothing if you're s-l size. I've called and complained a dozen times and nothing gets done. What happened to Kmart? |
