them. The fault shows up when they are first connected to the wheelbase and suddenly the throttle pedal does not work at all, and from then on it is totally inoperative. As this was exactly what happened to me, I contacted Fanatec through their website and asked for an RMA and refund, as I intended to buy the more expensive Club Sport 3 Pedals, I just didn't trust getting another CSL LC Pedals. At first they told me it was outside their 14 day return policy, even though I had only received them 3 days ago, then they said they couldn't find them on my account. Finally after nearly 2 weeks they advised that because these pedals were bought as a bundle they would not be accepting a return, even though they were totally unusable without the throttle pedal working correctly. Due to my illness I decided not to try to fight their decision but I have become another of the many people who have been totally let down by Fanatec, and it was no surprise when I discovered that the company filed for bankruptcy last year and have now been taken over by Corsair Gaming. I should finally add that when I received the new Club Sport 3 Pedals and connected them to my Fanatec wheelbase and wheel, the rig has worked flawlessly for the last 2 weeks, but I will not be buying any more Fanatec products in the future because of their decision not to accept a return of faulty product.
