tech challenged me. Particularly the recent contact where the fetch mighty box picture was pixelated on some channels. After trying the obvious the tech admitted it was beyond him & asked me to wait a few minutes. He came back tried a few more things a colleague had suggested, did not work. This guy was remarkable he would not give up. After over an hour & much back & forth he fixed the problem trying to explain to me what was wrong (went straight over my head) I was just grateful it was fixed. Cannot praise the Aussie Tech Dept. highly enough. Its refreshing to get that kind of service . Keep up the good work Aussie. We should all be supporting Australian Companies. Rob.
