cooker, I read the recipe book a few times (emailed to you) so I could work out how to brown the meat before adding the other ingredients. Everything worked well but it does have a slight hum which you do get used to, eventually.

Secondly, it was used as a pressure cooker, I looked for the "pressure cooker" button but there was no such button. So it looks like some of the options are for pressure cooking, i.e. soup and the rest are for other forms of cooking, I.e. roast. So I selected soup to make some chicken stock and it was incredibly easy. Just set and leave. However, as one reviewer points out the steam release is slow so I would not use it for delicate food like fish.

Lastly I used it as a deep fryer. I do not cook very much by deep frying but found that it did not reach a temperature of 180 degrees (I used a thermometer to check the temperature). I would also like to have an indication of when the oil reached its temperature as opposed to just dropping some food in to see if it sizzles.

I also found this appliance a little heavy, I keep mine in a kitchen cupboard so this would not be an issue if it was left on the kitchen bench.

All in all a very smart and sophisticated machine. Not that keen on the voice assistant personally and you certainly would not need it once you became proficient so a switch off button would be good.

website said that there was stock. Sent off an email saying I needed the item within two weeks or I would be asking PayPal for a refund. Received an email saying that the item was at another store and it would take 1-2 days to receive it. A couple of days later received another email saying it had arrived and was ready to be picked up. Picked it up and so am very happy. Happy with the product and the price. So for me it was a satisfactory journey.

feel the quality when you use it. It is easy to move around our floors (tiled and timber) particularly when the pad is wet.

Pros - good quality, I believe the tank is stainless steel and the stopper to the tank looks like it is brass. You bend the handle towards you for steam and when the handle is brought upright again the steam stops. There is also a landing pad for you to use when not mopping.

Cons - smallish water tank 600ml. There is no water indicator so when the steam stops it is time to fill up the tank. You cannot do this straight away though you have to leave the water tank to cool a little. Water container is 200ml so you have to use three times, it would have been better for them to provide a 600 ml container.

Apart from the above Cons, it cleans our floors very well indeed. There are two steam boosters on the side which you can aim towards stubborn marks. However for the Cons I have deducted one star, otherwise it would have been 5!

this company in any way. I usually soak two racks overnight, turning the bag once. When finished I rinse off with cold water and then in a bowl of warm water with detergent. Then I soak any remaining racks or pans (racks x 2, pans x 1) until all have been cleaned. They all come up brilliantly, like new, with no caustic smell, great! With my Weber Q trivet, because we use this quite a lot, I put the Oven Power in a plastic shallow container, with a lid, slightly bigger than the trivet. Then when trivet is dirty I soak it in the product, rinse, dry and then put it away. I then reseal the container until the next time. So I keep using this product until it has all gone.

By this time my oven is empty with all the racks and pans clean. However, for the oven I find this product does not work so well and I usually buy something else.

But for the racks definitely 5 stars!
