eDreams Edreams: No Refund received – I had bought tickets from edreams along with 'Cancellation for any reason guarantee'. I was promised a refund of 80%. 5 months have passed but still no refund. Edreams states that… they are waiting for refund from the airline. However they should pay the refund to me as the 'Cancel for any reason' guarantee money was paid to them. |
