Toll IPEC Incompetent Inefficient Irresponsible - Star Rating Actually A Big Fat 0 – Tracking not relative as not updated. Customer service unable to advise on delivery - whether ON board or NOT. Supposed to advise by text as to whether on board once scanned. Item… offloaded to 1 man courier for delivery of 90kg machine. Unable to workout how to open shipping container to offload machine. Then machine was pushed out back of van braking open packaging and falling from psllet to crash onto the ground - $15000.00 machine damaged - courier comment that's OK. ALL ON SAME DAY: Delivered 12:30 Tracking advice onboard for delivery 14:58 Tracking advice delivered 14:59 Toll SMS with link to track delivery 17:11 Makes sense !!! Do not trust this company with your packages - valuable or not - they do not have a clue. If we operated our business following their example we would be out of business. Transport company - I don't think so! |
