days ago the lever to hold the toast down suddenly failed. I had a look to see if I could locate the fault, BUT the type of screws used are completely unknown to me. In other words they are screws to 'trash me off'. I do not want to throw away expensive items (I paid $110)! I try to fix things rather than buy new. But obviously Delonghi does not want you to fix their item - if that is the case, I will purchase a cheap K-Mart one instead.

PayPal with a tracking number (no other detail) and 'proof' that the item had be delivered. The problem is that particular tracking number reffered to a completely different item. I have never received the item, PayPay has been DUPED by a scammer, has closed the case and refuses to open a discussion about this. Interestingly PayPal has now deleted the actual transaction from my account... how DISHONEST is this? PAYPAL - DUPED bySCAMMERS. At least that's my view.

message every time and when corrected, it will proceed to print from the main tray. USELESS FOR ME as I often print invoices on A5 (manual feed), and documents on A4 - main tray. I will be returning this machine for a full refund. Alain.
