7y CCC Warehouse Excellent customer service and after care – Initially I was apprehensive to buy online but the customer care was great. I spoke to Michael many times before I even made a purchase and he explained why the prices were so… good. Throughout the purchase I was kept up to date with emails on the status of delivery. Even after the purchase they helped me to fix a problem, answering my desperate emails at 8pm and letting me know what to do. My Canon camera was repaired under warranty by Canon, the process was excellent and I’m very happy with how CCC Warehouse handled all my emails.
