This scooter can go very fast and a helmet (and padding) would be recommended. Also children (esp the younger ones) would best avoid inclines. This scooter is also equipped with a rear foot brake which kids seem to be able to get the hang of quickly. My child loves to do sudden wheelie stops and has never had a problem.

However, the very low profile also lowers the centre of gravity and keeps the scooter upright and stable. It is also very easy and safe for the child to step off if they feel they are going too fast.

The steering mechanism - which is driven by the user leaning into the direction they wish to go makes for very steady turning. It does require hand steering which may be difficult for younger children.

The scooter itself seems to be extremely durable and would suit the roughest kids.

The colours are bright and appeal to both boys and girls.
