been trying to get a simple refund and suddenly can't reply to seller because of my account "status", who knows what that's about, and there's no way to speak to ebay or contact them. wanted it to be transparent, that for me they were no good. I won't bother doing a return because I think the process is near to impossible, so I wasted $52.00. I have to try and sell them on marketplace or keep them, altho won't ever use them. Be careful what you order from them, don't buy pillows online. And to do a return you will need to pay for the delivery. I think they should have a better return policy for customers, and you should be allowed to write a review on ALL products purchased no matter what. I think the sellers have an option of not including that option somehow in the order details.

back and forth, still refused to send Fedex required docs. SO, Fedex sent my package back to sender in China! Alibaba asked me numerous times for evidence and info, which i provided MANY times, they kept saying that its MY responsibility to clear package from customs! How when im not the one who manufactures the product? I feel the Alibaba site is a scam website! I finally decided to forget it and give up. So i lost $200 AUD!! My evidence and details were simply not even read, and totally ignored! The "customer service" is disgusting. Dont expect resolution, they ONLY support the sellers!!
