signed up, and went through the next stage. Which we were on a rapid turn around time to complete the contract. Harmac were excellent met our timeline of releasing the contract. We then started construction with Matt as our building supervisor. The build went well, no major issues, there was a few minor issues (Always expected), and were fixed early. Matt was accommodating at all times to our requests and issues noted and fixed them urgently. We are now in the post 3-month warranty repair stage. There was a very small list of issues needing to be fixed. and they are being dealt with. And Minor, I mean, a few exhaust fan ducting had fallen off due to work conducted by their contractors, and a few minor cracks in skirting that will be fixed. Overall, I would recommend anyone to build with Harmac
