  Sunbeam Ceramic Collection KE9300

OK – So far, I haven't had any problems with the dribbling or exploding that other people have described in their reviews, the only problem I've had with it is that it is that it's

really really heavy! It should come with a warning label "you must be THIS strong to use this kettle". Not recommended for weak little old ladies. It's a beautiful kettle tho, and one of the first things everyone comments on when they walk into the kitchen. Upper-body strength building design, pretty kettle, retains heat longer, easy to remove lids, no coils in the bottom makes for easier cleaning It's heavy!!!!

  TomTom One Slim Edition

Good – I got my TomTom free with my car (so I can't complain about the price I paid for it!) - it's been a very handy travel companion, as long as you have the exact suburb of the street

that you're heading for. The way the map is drawn makes you happy to be driving! Easy to use, the map just "looks good", voices are clear and easy to understand Can't just type in a postcode to find suburb, can't type in street name if you're not sure of the suburb's name, doesn't read out street names

  Optus Mobile

Good – I was with optus from the first time I got a phone, starting with the $30 turbocharge prepaid (which, back then was $120 of credit/month), moving to a $19 cap plan (including $50

credit/month), then to a $49 cap plan ($300 credit/month) - the cap values have probably changed by now.

Major pluses were good reception almost everywhere, and the yes time, which I'd use every night.

One headaches was changing ownership of the account from my dad to myself. What irritated me most was that there was no cap plan between $19 and $49 - Not handy for people using between $100 and $200 of credit per month. Also, I had to pay extra for any (occasional) internet usage since it wasn't included in the cap and it wasn't worth getting a cap package on top for the tiny bit of internet i'd ever use each month. The bundle plans with home and internet were also not very good value.

However, I've just changed to the TPG $19.99 cap plan, which provides the same $300 credit to anyone, optus coverage, and yes time, for $30 less a month than I would otherwise pay - sorry optus, no reasons not to switch for me! "Yes" time, great reception, wide range of phones to choose from Terrible value for money caps, data not usually included in cap plans

  Breville Ikon Espresso BES400

Good – Great machine for the "I need a coffee" in the morning coffee. You get what you pay for - heaps better than instant, but after using some of my friend's more expensive machines,

going back to my little ikon at home is sometimes a *sighs why can't you be that other machine* experience. However, it's cute, functional and if you change the basket, definitely good coffee-for-money value. Gotta make sure you don't use the "extra steam" doobywhacker tho - that one will wreck your milk for sure! Cheap, easy to use, see through water tank, decent crema and milk Long start-up time, weird basket

  Garnier Nutritionist

Excellent – Great product for dry skin - fixed up the flaking, peeling cheeks from sunburn and hot showers - love how it's in jars, not in the ye-olde squeezie bottle that you can never get

all the cream out of.

The night cream is a different colour to the day cream which means no more accidentally sticking heavy night cream on your face before heading out to work! (The night cream is green, goes on clear - may be a little offputting to some).

This cream also works well as a base under foundation.

My skin really likes this cream - less breakouts since I've been using it! Texture, smell, price, works! None so far!
