Great company, great customer service! – Have been incredibly impressed with Ovo. Switched over from a below-par provider a few months back when I moved and am so glad I did. It's so nice to pay a fixed monthly amount

and to budget accordingly rather than a massive bill shock every quarter. Their rates are very competitive, and their customer service team have been responsive and incredibly helpful whenever I've contacted them. I've not experienced any dropouts with my power or any issues. Email communications have been clear and transparent, honestly do yourself a favor and sign up with them today.

Exemplar customer service! – Miss Amara have a fab range of rugs and a wonderful Instagram account where you can see some of their beautiful rugs in situ. It took me a while to settle on a rug I liked the

most but had to change my order due to the fact that the sofa I'd ordered from another company couldn't be delivered, my second sofa choice was a different color and would've clashed with my original rug order. I sent a quick email to the Miss Amara Customer Service team explaining my predicament and how I could go about changing my order. Customer Service representative Tatiana responded immediately and provided a quick solution for me to follow. The next day the new rug I'd ordered was discounted as part of a 24-hour sale so was a bit heartbroken to see I could've got the rug slightly cheaper had a waited a day. When I asked Tatiana if the company would be so kind to honor the cheaper price she did so without hesitation! Amazing! Not only did Tatiana go ABOVE AND BEYOND in providing exceptional customer service but she (and Miss Amara) gained a loyal customer who has happily promoted the company to all and sundry ever since. It's so utterly refreshing to find a company that genuinely puts their customers before profit and in these difficult times it really makes a massive difference. Well done Miss Amara, your rug selection choice is awesome, your delivery service is quick and smooth but most importantly your Customer Service team is second to none.

Bad customer service and business tactics – Quality of product is great but given there are now a few companies out there offering the same product, customer service is key. Initially when enquiring about joining, they

weren't exactly forthcoming with responses, that's okay though, we're all busy. However, after two months of using the product quite happily, Software announces a 20% drop in quantity of product and no drop in price - this was based on "consumer feedback" concerned about wasted product at the end of the two-month cycle, of course you can continue using the product after this date or simply add it to back of hands/neck/décolletage, or whatever so hardly a waste! This was announced barely 24 hours ago and judging by the almost 1,000 mostly disgruntled responses on their Facebook page announcement most users are feeling pretty miffed to say the least. I've cancelled my subscription along with several other unhappy members.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! – Bought five knitted tops from their website judging by the pictures they looked lovely. HOWEVER when the goods arrived they looked nothing like the pictures, one was a cheap

looking lycra top even though the picture made it look like it was knitted and the description was misleading as well. Others had threads pulled, all items were odd sizes even though I'd ordered all small sizes. Honestly they weren't even fit for a second-hand shop! When I requested an address to send the items back for a full credit they told me to sell the clothing at a discounted price to friends rather than send them back to CHINA! In the end they would only offer me a 15% refund on what I'd paid - which I'm still waiting on. Honestly in all my years of online shopping this experience has been the worst. Please don't waste your money as that's what you'll be doing - I was burnt badly.

Absolute rort - don't touch with a barge-pole – Misleading to the max! Claims it's free when you register then cleverly advertises $9.99 for 12 months but when you get billed it's for $240! Once I got the receipt I immediately

queried and requested a refund which of course they won't do and they've made it incredibly hard to get out of their membership. I have taken this up with Paypal and also the ACCC however given the parent company is in Luxembourg I doubt much can be done. Scamming thieves.
