Internet had been turned off due to excess usage. Claimed it was our computers doing automatic updates (not possible - they are turned off), claimed it was us streaming movies (we don't). Appears their accounts has bundled August usage against September over a couple of days. When I pointed out there was no August usage recorded in an Indian accent 'but I have raw data', saw their raw data is WRONG. Will not accept responsibility for faults. Blaming problems with new NBN satellite. Liars, thieves and rogues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
