ALDI Ferrex Ninja 224cc Self Propelled Electric Start Petrol Lawn Mower Extremely disappointing – First day was perfect. Easy to start, a bit slow self-propelled, neat cut. Second day, started perfectly, great job ... until it wouldn’t self-propel. Can’t be repaired. Aldi refunded without question.… |

Schick Hydro 5 Disappointed – If two blades are better than one and three blades are better than two then five blades should be streets ahead. However, that unfortunately was not my experience. This product… was expensive and to my mind a two blade throw away does a better job. It takes much longer to shave and to get a smooth shave I have to go over the same spot time after time. Very disappointing. |

Tiffany OVT01 A great small oven – Wow! For less than half the price of the equivalent brands I have a versatile benchtop oven that is easy to use, easy to clean and a pleasure to use. Roasts are simple. Chips?… Crisp on the outside and creamy inside. Do yourself a favour ... this is great value. |

Telstra Mobile A little bit of customer service training would go a long way – Now, I have given Telstra three stars but that is an average. The guys at Knox City and Chirnside park deserve Five Stars but Telstra on line doesn't deserve even one. My iPhone… died and I recently took out a new business contract. Our account is in my wife's name so I had to have her authority to do anything. Mind you, it is almost impossible to cancel a business account even if it is out of contract. My wife spent hours on the phone and eventually came up with a programme that suited us. That took hours as the phones advertised on the Telstra site were not actually available. We wasted hours over that, I mean fancy wanting a mobile phone to make phone calls! We eventually settled on a plan and the good folk at Knox put everything in place. All we had to do was ring Telstra and activate the SIM cards for our iPads. Instead, the Internet clowns in some foreign call centre cancelled our phone SIMs and couldn't reverse their mistake. Even worse, they blamed everyone else for their mistake. Fortunately the guys and girls at Chirnside Park were able to remedy the situation. Please Telstra, give these guys some training! |

Wintal WDH11 Better sound than the source – I love these headphones. I bought then to replace a different brand wireless headset that I was given for Christmas that didn't work despite spending a lot of time trying to tune… it. The Wintal set, I just plugged in and it worked perfectly first time with perfect sound and clarity. |
