Not get what you pay for and have to go to telecommunications ombudsman – i purchased a $18 card and when it was delivered, it was already activated and i have lost 6 days out of the 28 days. i didnt even want it activated until my other plan had

expired at the end of the month. I spent over an hour on chat with the amaysim chat people to try to get what i paid for. they were only able to disconnect the number and they were not able to send me a new sim or give me my money back. I dont know what to do, i will have to go to the telecommunications ombudsman

Been with them for 1 year and my bill has gone from $2100 to over 6k per year – No changes to energy usage but bill have gone up almost 3 times from my dodo bill. I did expect a 10% increase but not almost 300%. I am on the home solar with battery pack.
