  Vevor

Ordered a two tier pull out cabinet organiser with suggested delivery in three days. Received tracking number by email but that tracking number does not exist in couriers, Aramax,

website. Email to Vevor comes back with an instant reply saying: We have shipped your order out on time.

The shipping information is updated normally. Please don't worry.

Below is the tracking information for you:

Tracking number is same as originally supplied and still not working. Do not use this company. I think I've lost my money here!

Don't bother if you're outside Melbourne! – Cannot comment on quality of blinds as we never received them. Upon ordering online it kept coming up that they do not deliver to our postcode. After emailing them and getting

prompt feedback, this was sorted but "free" delivery suddenly became a thing of the past but as we had come this far we proceeded with ordering which was acknowledged by email and advised we would be notified when complete. One week later we got notification of completion and that we would be advised again when despatched. One week later no notification so yet another email chasing them up. After many emails and then phone calls we gave up and asked for refund as the blinds had not even left Melbourne. The final straw was out of 4 phone calls one day i had to talk to 4 different people who gave 4 different "explanations". Upon looking at reviews on line apparently with same issues. Evan replied to one review saying they no longer used Hunter Express yet 3 years later these are the freighters who misdirected our delivery.

  Tiimely Home

Failure to follow through (Edited) – This is a revised review after signing my home loan documents. After returning my signed documents to Tic Toc lawyers and not hearing anything, I chased up with them what is

happening only to be told that the paperwork had been sent to my settlement agent. As I had not been advised that I needed to get an agent prior to finalising so therefore there was no agent, I asked what would have happened if I had not chased up the delay. The online chat told me that I had to have a conveyancing officer which I argued it was not a legal requirement but rather just the "easiest" way to complete the transaction. It is obvious that once Tic Toc get the commission from signing up a customer to Adelaide Bank they forget about them.

  Prompt Plumbing and Electrical

Prompt by name. Prompt by nature – Hats off to the team at Prompt Plumbing and Electrical. Sent out a blanket email to half a dozen plumbers to get quotes to install a emergency safety shower for our warehouse.

Prompt Plumbing were the first to reply and then attend to quote (while others took days to reply or nothing at all!). The quote was given to me verbally on site without having to go back to the office and "get back to me". Official quote emailed same day and when I accepted the quote they had a plumber out within a few days to carry out the work. Both guys who attended (first for the quote and then for the install) were professional and pleasant to deal with. The installer was neat, tidy and carried out his work quickly.

  Telstra Mobile

Archaic rules – Switched to Telstra because of poor coverage by 3 mobile and vodafone. Applied for roaming couple of months later only to be told I am ineligible due to the fact I have not had an

account for 6 months yet! The fact that I have a clean credit record does not make a difference. Apparently once you have been with Telstra for more than 6 months you are a better paying customer. Go figure.

When I ring to query this they offer to let me pay a premium of $300.00 to allow the roaming to be applied to my account. I may as well just buy another phone overseas and use that. What I cannot figure out is the fact that I signed a legal contract that states that I am liable for all charges from Telstra to do with my phone and yet they want a $300.00 bond for roaming charges.

Inflexible, archaic rules
