Terrible company. They do a very quick review to decline your card without fully understanding your finances. Terrible customer service and really bad application review process

Low quality furniture at not that low of a price – Of all the furniture brands that I've tried, Amart has to be there as one of the worst if not the worst. Products start having quality issues within the first couple of months.

If you have an issue with your product, customer service is abysmal. They either don't respond at all to genuine claims, or if you press them multiple times to get a resolution, they will come up with an excuse as to why the issue is not covered under their "Quality Guarantee". Never again will I be shopping at Amart, but also I will be pursuing my claim with the relevant authorities under Australian Consumer Law.

Constant dropouts and outages – Constant dropouts and disruptions. There was an outage earlier this week for the entire day that was the final nail in the coffin and I moved back to another nbn provider and much happy.

Great products and even better customer service – Used a couple of Devanti Products including water coolers and automatic motion sensing bin and found them to be of good quality. Whenever I have had any problem, it has been taken care of well by Devanti.

Expensive - bad service - complex billing – I have been with CovaU for both gas and electricity for over a year and over time they have increased their charges. Note that they were never the cheapest to start with but I

went with them expecting good customer service, which is also no longer there to be found. Even after discussing the billing issues with them, they keep sending me wrong invoices
