the documentation and administration fees, however, after 12 weeks from the alleged incident (for which I did not get any proof sent), nothing has happened. I have contacted the company and I was informed that the QLD police dealt with the issue- they sent me a totally unrevealing document in which there was no date, no car [late number and no location stated, therefore I asked for mode details. I got the answer from 'Kellie' that I can 'contact the QLD government if I want'. Therefore, as I felt extremely poor handling of the matter, and not receiving any formal hard copy documents after 3 months, I am disputing the amount for 'admin fees' that they incurred.

agent didn't bother picking up the phone. I believe this tells a lot about how this company works. I'd say it's probably Volvo time for myself.
