Verified Sendle Disgusted - financially at a loss for lost item – Had a courier pick up a few items off me personally . I handed it to his hands. He must not have scanned one of the three he collected. Submitted an investigation and was asked… to submit cctv footage after 5 days of “investigating”. My purchaser was mad and launched an item hit received claim. Whilst the service is good in general this has left a bitter taste and I have since disconnected my account from the sales platform I use. I now will use the alternates to Sendle. There are a few if you google it. Lesson learnt is make sure the courier scans all items in front of you otherwise beware ! |

Miele Disgusted – Called up Miele and was on hold on for 67 minutes! Purchased an item in late August, requested a good will gesture to apply the 10 year premier warranty promo, though was advised… that they have received hundreds of calls requesting this and that it was out of scope for consideration. No leniency was given on a grace period from late August to the 1st or September. I am very very disappointed. I don’t think we will be needing the warranty to make a claim though it would have been a nice peace of mind. I guess we have the statutory warranty to lean on post the 2 years should we require it considering Miele usually costs about 5-10 more than your everyday brand. Not happy. |

Verified White Fox Boutique Stay away. They do not assist! – Suffered an immediate allergic heat reaction on a dress purchased when I tried it on. Requested a refund and was refused only be provided a credit note. Taken the matter to PayPal. Very unhappy.… |

Verified Etihad Airways Totally disgusted – Flight from Istanbul into Abu Dhabi was delayed by 30 minutes. Upon landing late staff member advised us to go in a direction to board the next flight to Melbourne. When arrived… we were advised we missed our flights. Was furious when were told that we had to buy new tickets from the Etihad counter ( a supervisor) Contacted my agent STA on their emergency assist number in UK and they too were shocked, baffled and dumbfounded with the response and lack of good will to place me on the next flight. They absolutely insisted I must buy a new ticket. Than when I tried to buy the ticket, they said they cant assist me because they tickets were through the agent and that i must call STA again. I was left with no option but to pay $2660 for my ticket including my sons! When I queried the amount being extortionate they said we added the no show fees plus fair difference plus ....... After purchasing the tickets, we were denied entry stating that they were overbooked!!!!! Was advised that we would be going to Sydney instead on another flight and getting another flight to Melbourne!!! Was given a $300 voucher to use with them for the next time I fly with 12 months ( no way)!!!!!! I will be lodging a complaint with the ACA. Totally disgusted with the whole experience November 20th 2019 Update: One month on and no response Was advised to lodge a complaint on line for which I did. Its been a month a no response. Totally unacceptable. If you want customers, its simple you provide customer satisfaction. |

Verified Commonwealth Bank Travel Insurance - Credit / Debit Card Insurances Absolutely Useless Policy – Phone was stolen with cash inside the wallet, whilst the phone on table with arm touching it. Provided evidence of the fact of the withdrawal amount as they requested this. Came… back with a response stating that the cash must have been on my physically and denied cash aspect of claim. The phone they only compensate for purchase price and not the rrp. Makes it difficult when the phone was a one off sale or a gift as they only give the purchase price. Never again! |
