My unit suddenly got non compliant and they put me on normal plan instead of solar plan blaming Energex issue non compliant notice.

As an energy retailer, if I would be with origin or any other normal retailer, they would have resolved this issue by themselves and provided best customer experience.

In my case, Metered energy is saying to raise ENERGEX APPLICATION WITH METERED ENERGY AS A CUSTOMER WITH THEIR CONTACT DETAILS. Haha, this is a joke. They are completely avoiding their responsibilities and asking me to do their work.

I would give -10 stars if I can and doesn’t recommend this company at all.

Upon receiving my call, customer representative was very arrogant and rude. She was not explaining the energy plans properly and also didn't seem welcoming.

I asked her that whether they will give me more feed-in-tariff rate or match with other competitors, she simply ignored it and said well 'that's what you get as it is'.

Upon saying that I will move to another retailer, she 'Simply hung up the phone'. What a shock!!!
