ordered -3, so I rang to see if I could change it for a +3 and because the box had been opened they wouldn't swap them for me, although I just wanted to swap for the +3. No contacts had been opened, it would have been very easy for them to sell them on. I will never buy from Lenaworld again. I run my own business and pride myself on looking after my customers, customers is what keeps business going, we shouldn't treat all customers with respect and courtesy they deserve, especially when an honest mistake is made.
