Appalling customer service and damaged product – Received new bike as a gift for daughters 2nd birthday. When unpacking we saw deep scratches on main frame bar and forks. I emailed photos and was refused refund or exchange.…

Initially offered free watch (valued $9.95) as compensation, and after a week of emails I was offered $20 compensation. Absolutely appalling service, do not buy from this company, should’ve seen the signs when there is no phone number to actually call someone to discuss any issues. Definitely breaking consumer law and will look further into this.
