Ripped of. Terrible customer service – Rented a car from Brisbane. Wait time was about 1 hour to get a car ..Que stretched out the door but only 2 staff present. This was unfortunate but I had rented a car from them…

previously in Hobart and all was ok then and car was clean and in good condition when we eventually was able to get it. Unfortunately whist I was hiring the car I incurred a speeding fine. Thats ok I accept that, but the way the company informed me and handled issue was abysmal. I received an email on Friday late afternoon on Feb 23rd 2024 telling me of the infringement (which had occurred on 26th September 2023...why so long to inform me?) A stat dec had to be witnessed and signed and sent to them within 48 hours of receipt of email or they would debit my card $1548. I tried to call the company Friday night and Saturday morning...no answer (office hours). I rang again on the Monday morning and was advised not to worry as long as I sent the stat dec in. I did submit stat dec that day.... but I checked my card and ..they had debited card $1567 anyway! When I protested that could not get stat dec signed until that Monday they admitted they had made an error because no one had looked at the notes on file ...but were not interested and refused to credit amount back...even though I had proof I had contacted Queensland Traffic infringement and organized for me to pay the fine. They even slugged me an "admin fee" of $65 as well, even though I had done all the running around This company is all about money and do not expect any real customer service.

Never use this Mob! You can`t contact them or get money back – We booked flights to Queensland in February but accommodation was cancelled by the provider...not our fault! No other arrangements could be made so had to cancel flights which…

Webjet charged us $2164 for. Filed for a refund. Numerous emails...no answer. Have tried ringing many times but each time had to give up after 2+hour wait. It`s now 1st June. How can they legally hold your money for over 3 months!! This is a rort. Will be seeking legal advise

our budget was outstanding. Harmac homes seemed to us to offer good value for money in their builds, but having built homes before we were very conscious of the hidden costs associated with those "extras". These guys were excellent in working through that with us. With their help we have set the foundations for the home WE want. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I look forward to working with the rest of their team as we begin our build and I`ll give feed back here as we progress. Thanks guys!!

## Edit## Turns out that the build quality doesn't match the sales pitch. Have had numerous problems with the quality of the build. Plumbing/paintwork/interior fit out. Harmac use cheap contractors and I guess you get what you pay for. I expected some problems but the building supervisor did his best to ignore and shift blame ( he ended up either leaving or being sacked) and the follow up was terrible--- and sending handymen to fix problems instead of qualified tradesman just made things worse. Lesson learned: Sales people promise the world but its not until the build is in progress and complete that you learn the truth about builders.

worked hard to find us what we wanted and it was not his fault we did not proceed. Of all the sales reps we dealt with (and we spoke with many) he stood out. His commitment to try to work within our budget and still deliver what we wanted in a home was excellent. Highly reccommend him.
