JB Hi-Fi Online Store Just another company that thinks the customer is not important. They advertised a bonus watch and earbuds with a recent phone pre-order deal. I bought the phone and as soon as the… expiry date for p-reorders passed, they removed all traces of the bonus deal from their website. There is no way to claim the bonus deal. And there is no way to contact them, other than a demeaning Ai bot that says a human will get back to you in 5 days! If you want honesty and customer service, stay away from JBHifi. |

The Good Guys Physical store I'm looking for an Apple keyboard on Google so I can drop into my local store and pick one up. the Goodguys shows up in the search results so I click the link. out of 25 Apple… keyboards they list, 7 are online only and 14 are 'unavailable'. they just keyword spam to get you to click on their link. dishonest deceptive advertising. go elsewhere. |

digiDirect Online store They sell a lot of stock they don't have with the notation that it's 'an estimated two weeks from delivery'. I can wait two weeks so spent a small fortune on some lenses that… admittedly were a good price. Digidirect Online's customer service is way below standard. The order is still marked as 'processing' 10 days later. Pressing the 'contact us' button to see when it will be delivered is a waste of time because they never reply to your emails. I guess I'll wait then... |

Optus Ported my number without permission. Cut my phone off from my old provider. I have a disabled wife who is prone to falls and they disconnected my phone from my old provider… without sending me a sim to connect to Optu$. Their online chat and call centre are useless. Not based in Australia and don't give a F. Had to go into a store to get it sorted. Now having billing problems and can't get help. STAY AWAY. These incompetent buffoons are pathetic. I'm off to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. |
