The Good Guys Online store You might score one if your lucky!! – Placed an online order on the 7th of May (o/n 81067587) for a Noirot heater $384.00 which was directed to the Northland Store.Nothing arrived so I rang the Northland store on the… 18th of May and was told they are out of stock but coming in that week and "I might be lucky enough to score one"..guess not! I then did an online complaint to their Concierge service and support on the 21st of May and received a reply that the Northland store would contact me within 2 days (Monday 25th) and that did not happen. I will have to waste more time on this absolute shamble of a service I will never use again or recommend. I am out of pocket $384 and have to waste more time chasing up the worst online experience I have ever experienced to date. |

Victory Blinds They are good at collecting the money, just can’t measure curtains! – Well after waiting almost a month and having paid the balance in full yesterday it was extremely disappointing to find that of eight curtains only one could be installed due to… incorrect measuring by Victory. The installers were obviously embarrassed and one can only wonder why these guys didn’t do the measurements in the first place. At this stage I am waiting on a new timeline from Victiory who I had to ring to voice my dissatisfaction at having a major event shortly and don’t have my curtains. It’s just not good enough in a area there are so many competitors. |

Fantastic Furniture VIC, Moorabbin Buy Online but you have no time frame – I purchased online 2 weeks ago.,bought a retro lamp and you pay upfront..I have been to the designated Moorabbin store and was told it should come in soon???like when?? I have not… received any update which I think we rightly expect for goods that have been paid for....so I’ll wait till Friday and then go back to Moorabbin and get something on floor with the money. I don’t think I will use their online service again because there is no delivery follow up...shame they have this issue. |

RACV Car Insurance We are not here for you anymore unfortunately – I am a gold star member and have a claim that was meant to be settled 3 mths ago still pending..I have received no follow up even though RACV has assured me several times now that… their assessor would contact me the following day..even after several calls and an absolute 100% assurance I would receive some follow up I have still received absolutely no email/call or message.This is not the RACV I have known but obviously this is beyond poor.We have several vehicles which will no longer be re-insured as something has gone astray at RACV. The damage is rusted over now. |

Baby Bunting NEVER AGAIN!! – I paid in full for a delivery of items on the 24th Jan this year and was told the goods are in stock and will be delivered in 1-2 days. Today is the first of Feb and I am forced… to have to go to the store today as all attempts to contact them by phone and email have been futile.When i ring the store the phone rings out.I have sent two emails ,first on the 30th Jan and second on the 31st Jan through their contact us app which only confirms receipt of the inquiry but again no reply or update on my delivery. The in store experience was extremely tedious and I had to hound someone down to help me and that took a good 15 minutes. |
