When I sent a meter photos to fix the issue on a Sunday, they asked me to wait for few days without electricity. I begged them for connection because it was not my mistake. All what they did was passing the issue from team who handles from 131245 to online support team and vice versa. Only thing the distributor united energy company requested a service request or a phone call from AGL. Not a single person wanted to do it, all they asked was to wait till working day to change the meter number and restore the service.
