Intuit QuickBooks Incompetent Technical Support – After more than 5-years using them, my opinion of this Company is going down and down. .... The Tech Support is a joke. Feel like talking to a 16-year old. I wrote my problem in… great detail, email, livechat, provided screenshot and all that. They never seem to understand and going round the circle. The latest drama is bank-feeds. One of my bank accounts is not getting bank feeds suddenly, which we have submitted the Bank Feed Authentication more than 6-months ago. God knows why it suddenly played up. So I emailed my previous Form, show them that the feeds have stopped in January-2020. Email a few screenshots as requested. Then told them I had to do a manual upload of transactions so that I can finalise my BAS..... Guess what did they asked from me a moment ago? A screenshot of the banking and bank statement..... Clearly it will show what I've done manually.... They just dont follow the story and I bet none of them has any accounting degree, or even business. There are so many bad poor examples I am just speechless! |

Tiffany OVT01 So easy and good to use – I bought this off Gumtree two years ago and love it. It never missed a bit. Been cooking a lot of Chinese BBQ Crispy pork and it is consistent. The bowl is so easy to… clean, then tuck away in my cupboard. Much shorter time to cook that the normal oven. I am hoping to find a way to open up the top and clean the metal bit which is now getting a little dirty. |

Myer Love Myer! – I dont know why there's a lot of Myer-Bashing, I love Myer! My few experiences with David Jones.have always been bad, regardless or which store I went. Been with Myer for… almost ten years now and the staff is always friendly and helpful, no matter which store I go. I live in Brisbane and frequent the Carindale store. I do occasionally visit the CIty store and now Garden City. I also went to their stores in Perth and Melbourne. One unforgettable experience on Boxing Day. One staff actually suggested for me to avoid the queue and take the 10 garments home to try out (maybe I looked distressed haha). As it turns out, 9 garments were perfect fit and I only need to return one! Yesterday I was at Garden City store looking for their Lost & Found Dept. The young lady actually walk me one floor down! Granted, they are not that busy on a Friday, but I bet no other store would be that helpful. Good on you Myer, I will continue to support! |

Dan Murphy's Go to the Right Store, Sunnybank, not Holland Park! – We have been doing Click-&-Collect for some time now, always go to their Sunnybank store in Brisbane. Always good, no hassle at all. The pick-up point is easily accessible. … However, due to work recently we have been picking up from their Holland Park store. First experience was terrible, second was slightly better still not so good, the third (today) hubby went and was furious! What's the issue? Lack of courtesy/manners, wrong item, waiting for no reason, staff didnt care about us standing with lost look. The pick-up point is hideous.... Hubby declared we are not going back there. |
