up every time. But now while parts of the house are still under warranty I can not get into contact with them at all. Even the number listed on their website doesn’t work. I have a leaking roof and can’t get anyone to take responsibility. There has been many issues with the build and has taken months (even years) to have each one dealt with by them. Very disappointed in what was supposed to be a great experience.
