parcel. I did of course have to pay return postage which was a lot more than sellers pay but it was after all my fault. The Purifier seems to work well picking up on when I sprayed perfume on myself and I am happy with the lack of smell in bedroom and not sneezing everyday. The Hepa filter is washable but at some stage it could need replacing and Sylvia was very vague about if they were getting more in which is a worry even tho' she says it should last 18 months.
