Verified Frank Health Insurance Good luck dealing with customer service if you manage to get through. Extended wait times and replies days apart in their online portal. I had to follow up with my bank and waste… time to sort out a refund that should have been posted if Frank had followed the correct process. Their rating was quite high some years back but likely they have cut back on staff to save costs and this is the result. |

Verified Everyday Mobile from Woolworths Avoid like the plague – Initially sent an empty satchel with no sim after ordering, then it was chaos with the new sim, had to call and wait 40 minutes to speak to a customer service rep and now my… number doesn't work as it's stuck in the provisioning stage. Not sure what to do as their customer service isn't open much on weekends and even open less than typical business hours. |

Superloop NBN 50/20 Superloop customer service has gone down the drain – It seems Superloop did a botched "upgrade" on their control panel and didn't correctly migrate accounts to the new system. As such they haven't been able to bill me for some time… so instead of providing a smooth experience they send me threatening emails. I still can't login to the panel to pay as it shows an old disconnected account of mine instead of the new one. They advise me to contact them by phone again when I email the accounts receivable. Pretty ridiculous and I'm not one to leave 1 star reviews but this is a poor attempt at customer service. Just migrate things properly instead of treating customers like trash. I've been a customer for a while. |

Verified Coles Rewards Mastercard Sends out offers that can't be honoured – I keep receiving offers for instalment plans however you can't redeem them via phone and the email links never work. The customer service reps don't help out and their offshore… centres make it impossible to follow up any inquiry. Really not impressed. |

Computershare Investor Centre Worst registry in Australia – Not sure why companies keep using Computershare when Automic/Boardroom and other decent ones exist. They're so slow and request for everything to be done via mail. Their online contact form always asks you to call them and wait times are very high.… |
