When I contacted them on phone to ascertain the reason for the cancellation, they told me that they did not have stock. Today, on 1 December, I noticed that the same item has reappeared with the original price of $399.99! When I asked them if they have stock they told me that they have stock. When I asked them why my order for the same item placed four days ago was cancelled, after a long delay , they told me that they had received stock only on 1/12 and prepared to sell it for $299.99. There was no reply from them to my query why they did not specify me that that are expecting fresh stock in four days time before cancelling my order. In the meanwhile, I placed an order with appliancesonline and got the product today!

This person hurriedly switched off the computer without letting me check the computer. He was so arrogant in his approach. He showed no concern to my repeated requests. When I reached home, I noticed the address book in outlook was missing, all the documents in Office were in "read only" format. When I took this issue with their Manager, he checked with his "expert" and told me these issues cannot be fixed. I then requested another computer expert who fixed up these issues in no time. Please avoid this place at any cost. You will be wasting your money.
