our energy report meant the glass in our bi-folds and windows was not clear. Nella made sure I came into the showroom so that she could show me the glass in different samples, as it has a grey tint. Nella spent the time explaining how my bi-folds would look with the width of the sashes we required, and showed me the different sill and framing options. As I wanted colonial bars in a particular pattern on my bi-folds, Nella spent the time measuring out each detail on the shop bi-fold sashes to ensure I could see where the pattern started and ended and the overall aesthetic was what I wanted before she ordered them. Every other window and door supplier I approached, asked me to provide all of these details without any explanation. None of these sales staff go to the lengths Nella does to attend to every detail ensuring I understand what the final product will be, and making certain it meets my vision and expectations.
