Poor Customer Service & Misleading Website – Pathetic customer service. Purchased an item in need of having it by a particular date, and paid Express Post. Their website also offered a 15% discount, which wasn't made available, instead, I received a 10% discount. Seller didn't believe that it was a 15% discount, and asked me to provide PROOF... When it's their own website. Great start! The order didn't arrive in time, so I had no choice but to request a refund. Long story short, the seller accused me of being one of their rudest customers. For simply requesting a refund..?
The item was returned to sender, and to date, I haven't had any contact from the seller.
I have lodged a PayPal dispute regarding this matter. And am pending a refund.
Absolutely poor customer service, all you have to do is just refund my money, and cut your losses. Instead, you make me, the customer, run around over an order. This goes to show the poor customer service, and very little integrity this company upholds.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
