Arborists carried out all the climbing and "chain-sawing", very much like two "artists-tradesmen" in-action, based on the manner how they climbed and "chain-saw" away every branch of our two huge Bottle Brush Trees and a very "hard-wood" maple tree. 3. There was at least one "Level 2" Arborist, whom would be progressing to Level 3 with further study. 4. The other "boys" and the teenage son of the Owners never stop throughout the time they spent on-site, carried branches for mulching and cleaned up well afterwards. Council application put through to Kuring-Gai understood the terminology of my application to process efficiently. 3. Glen and the team turned up and understood exactly what needed to be done. The whole team all sang from the same song sheet. The level of professionalism and adherence to high standards of safety practices was not only apparent but was amazing to watch and witness the job being executed with precision but also the continuous disposal of the trees inflight was impressive to demonstrate a clean and safe working environment for all. All resources from A &A Arbor Tree Services were courteous throughout their engagement and although the work was very hard, they made it look simple due to excellent coordination and an experienced team that understood each other. to the house so that the paint work would not be damaged. There were two big trucks for the wood chips. When one was full it was taken away to be emptied while the other was being filled. They paid great attention to detail and left us elk horns and lilies from the old tree as requested. Every aspect of the cleanup was most satisfactory. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
