Flagpoles aussie made – Great service supplied us a 2 x flagpoles for aust day and was installed in record time Flags are of great quality Looks great Have no hesitation in recommending them pleasant to deal with
Bad Service – Paid for flag before ANZAC DAY and still waiting even after three emails and several phone calls. Keeps promising and will not message or update. Shame for doing this to an ex serving Veteran.

paid in May 2016 still waiting in Dec for balance of order – Ordered a full size Australian flag for our flagpole plus 6 Australian hand flags. After 4 months many phone calls we finally got our full size flag, and rang them again about hand flags- still have not received them, beginning to doubt we ever will. May 2017- update- hand flags have arrived, no note of apology enclosed. 1 YEAR after first paying for them
