Unprofessional – We were grossly overcharged on the balance, won't answer their phone, we didnt check the rooms until he had gone 2 big stains still there, what a rip off so unprofessional dont use this mob, so angry i didnt check reviews.

Terrible terrible terrible – I booked this company two weeks in advance to do my bond carpet clean. They did not show up. Ignored calls and messages all day long til after 6:30 then got shirty with me. When I said get over there now he replied "nah! I'll refund it's easier" I am in huge trouble with management, losing my bond because of this guy. A week later, still no refund, every time I message he responds with "what job?" like he has so many people after him for refunds he can't keep track of them. He has asked for the date and time, the address, my bank details over and over again (why can't he read the messages I've already sent), has a terrible attitude, when you get short tempered with him for giving you the runaround he tells you not to speak to him like that, yet he thinks it's okay for him to? He uses phrases like "nah"and "wateva" in texts. Extremely rude and unprofessional, and no conscience at all letting people down when they need him. No apology - just attitude.

If you want your move ruined and to be more stressed than you already are at moving time, and have someone let you down and then be rude to you, and ruin your rental history - then this is the company for you!
