Abc Print Supplies

Order for printer cartridges accepted and money taken. Day later was advised refund would be given. No explanation. No refund has ever been received and no further contact, even though followed up by PayPal. I appear to have lost $106.

Processed transaction but cancelled within hours – Found a great price on the HP Ink cartridges that I was after, ordered them and received confirmation. Within 3 hours I was sent another email saying that my payment was refunded and order cancelled. UPDATE: Payment and refund seemed to cancel each other out as nothing appears on my statement.

Poor Customer Service – It took 15 days for the printer cartridge to arrive. I sent 3 text messages and 2 emails chasing the item and had 1 reply. They don't care about their customers.

Negative – Don’t waste your time and money with this company. They take your money and do not send the product. Purchased an ink cartridge on 11/04/2024, received an email on 13/04/2014 saying that my order was received. Have sent several follow ups by email with no response. The number 1300 123 978 is not connected. Tried to call [Name Removed] at the company and he replies to text him. Text him but he does not reply.

Don't waste your time – Purchased genuine toners online. Noticed refund in bank a few days later without any correspondence from them. Sent them an email to find out why I was refunded but never got a response.

Outstanding Service - Highly recommended – I ordered genuine toner from ABC Print Supplies on 13th August and although they guarantee overnight delivery I live in a remote location and expected my parcel to take up to a week to arrive based on previous experience with other online orders. happy to issue a refund and send me a reply paid code for free postage from the post office, and asked if first I wished to speak to their technician.

He in turn advised me I was trying to put the cartridge in the wrong way, and also for that cartridge there was an operating guide leaflet in the box, which thanks to him I didn't need to use.

What I goose I felt. The printer is running fine, no problems - thanks ABC
