after the service call we were contacted saying no parts are available to repair this cooktop. The fault code was provided before the call so the cost of the technician attending was totally wasted as it could never been able to be repaired because the company obviously did not check availability of repair parts before sending a technician. All I got when I complained was dismissive argument.

Highly not recommended – I am extremely dissatisfied and cannot recommend their service. There are many superior companies out there. But If you decide to use their service, be sure to monitor the time the technician spends on your job. And always validate this time on the invoiced amount. Outstanding service – Carlos Silva did a very efficient and clean job swapping my old steam NEFF oven with the new. It only took him and his assistant under half an hour to do the swapping and repackaging the old oven. Use my stovetop better – Carlos Silva was very helpful showing me how to use my asco stove top properly, especially as I didn’t know the wok burner doesn’t work without the job. Much appreciated, I am happy to recommend Carlos.

Appalling customer service – Tried to schedule a service and was met by a rude and quite entitled customer service representative ([Name Removed]), that offered very narrow time slots with complete disregard of our preferences. The company was automatically recommended by Harvey Norman / Bosch for an oven fix. If you have a choice, stay away.

Should have checked my faulty washing machine more thoroughly! – Replaced door seal on my ASKO machine but didn't check anything else. Machine oil leaked out onto my clothes during the next wash load. Not thorough enough with their checking. I'll never use them again.

Asko - great product, shame about the aftercare – Found the phone representative to be rude and indifferent from the start. Their technicians never carry parts so two service calls required which means you have to wait weeks for repairs. Have been happy with my Asko appliances but will probably not purchase again as I wouldn't want to deal with ABCO for technical support.

Really knowledgeable, efficient and helpful service – Having experienced the worst service - ABCO have so far been the superior choice for Service and integrity for washing machine repair in my experience. Insinkerator Tap repair – We recently had a problem with our Insinkerator Tap, which was leaking. Carlos Silva, the ABCO technician, was fabulous. Microwave Service Call – I found ABCO Appliance Service to be extremely efficient with both office communication and technician, Carlos DaSilva. Carlos was punctual, professional and he did a great job. Will recommend company to others.

2011 Bosch washing machine repair – Carlos visited to see what was wrong, quickly identified the major problem, and another possible. Told me how to run it without making the problem worse. Returned 2 weeks later and fitted replacement parts. The possible problem was not problematic. He was quick and capable, and left the area clean & tidy, would definitely recommend. The company also services Miele.

Professional and Efficient – Carlos was on time, focused and efficient. He found the problem with our SMEG oven and fixed it wthout wasting any time. The whole process was painless and he left the area spotless. Would definitely recommend this service.

Beyond excellent – Just like to thank Abco for sending out Carlos to repair our Miele dishwasher. Few days earlier a technician from another company said we need a new dishwasher. Because he knew parts were no longer available, his solution was to fashion 2 new stainless steel clips on the spot to do the oven repair. Excellent service by Carlos – After a few service calls Carlos was assigned to fix our dishwasher. He was reliable and methodical solving the issue. He worked through till 6 pm. I wish all the technicians were as professional as Carlos.

Excellent Service – I have had a number of my appliances repaired by ABCO since 2013. Their service is reliable and efficient. The only downside to them being so good is that there can be a delay in being able to send someone out. I tried to get my oven serviced by them this month and was told it would be early February before they could attend to my request.

Between the two of them, they went above and beyond to come up with a solution that was again solved within the hour.

I have had a challenging few months and the care and effort that this team went to could not be more appreciated or come at a more needed time.

Outstanding – Carlos came and solved the problem with my Wok burner. He explained the cost of a replacement burner and courteously asked for a cloth to place on my stone bench top so as not to scratch it with the trivets. About this company as an employer – This company rarely paid to me on time when I was working there since late last year. One day I said to the general manager that I wouldn’t like to work for the company anymore if they can’t pay me on time. They then quickly paid me. But after I left the company, it took them a couple of months to finalise my pay. The company never apologized to me.
