Hi, wondering if it is easy to clean? Is there a filter which requires replacing and how hard to find filters if so and how much cost?
Yes very easy to clean, you don't need any filters.
My AA ultrasonic vaporiser has stopped working! Help! The lights still work but no vapour

I am not sure if my vapouriser is working properly. The first few weeks/month I needed to top up the water each day - amount depending on how long I ran it but the last few weeks, the water level hardly moves if at all each night. I regularly clean it out, made sure I do not put too many oil drops in but I don't really smell it either. I love the light but initially I don't see the mist coming out and eventually during the night I see some but I don't think it is as much as initially. It all seems to be working ok.
I bought this vaporiser yesterday and was amazing over night. I moved to clean this morning and now the power button is red intead of blue??
Is there enough water in it? Maybe contact the company Able Asthma I'm sure they would be able to help you

What are the controls on the vaporizer?It doesn't seem to be heading up!
This is a cool mist vaporiser, as such there is no heat involved.

There are only two controls:- the left touch button switches the vaporiser on or off the right controls the light function. depress 1 to 7 times to get a different colour. the eighth depression results in transitional cololouring.
