Faulty – bought it home from the shop set it up and now it wont work, 2nd time I brought an acer and it is faulty. now it has to be sent away to be repaired. these things should be checked before they are distributed. cheap mass produced rubbish. the fillipino guy at the call centre said he would email me a postage label so that it can be sent back for repair, I have not received the email.
