Excellent service and excellent products . The pharmacist there is so knowledgeable and really helped in providing additional information . We will return and make fhis our local pharmacy. Great location too

medications were handled. For example, even after my doctor and cardiologist provided an updated plan, [Name Removed] added medications I never agreed to without consulting me. This disregard for my medical instructions was extremely concerning.

While I did notice that the monthly charges were inconsistent and higher than other pharmacies I later tried, my main issue was how these errors and changes were never properly addressed despite my efforts to resolve them directly with [Name Removed].

If you choose to go to Adore Pharmacy, I'd advise you to double-check your prescriptions and billing carefully. I hope this helps others be aware of the kind of service they might encounter.

I have bought a health supplement from Adore Pharmacy on the 16th April but heard nothing from them in almost a week other than the original invoice. I've contacted them 3 times by email or their messaging but still total silence. I need to know if I need to provide a script or not but heard nothing. The money has been deducted from my account and now I just want it returned so I can purchase from someone else that offers service

Thank you Adele & Roger for being patient & kind when Miss almost 6 got her ears pierced. She was excited but scared & they gave her time & space to decide & agree. Encouraging & professional. Miss almost 6 is very happy!

Terrible Service – I rang the compound chemist to see if they could fill a script for my 4 year old son. I was told to email the script and they would call me back. I didn't hear from them so called back 2 hours after the script was sent and they said they have asked the supplier of the antibiotic if they could break it up to make it for a child, it may take 2 days… Read more

to hear back. If I had not called I would not have known this and still be waiting when I could have gone around the corner and got the script filled within an hour. The pharmacist would have known the antibiotic was time sensitive and should have advised the time frame. Terrible service. Terrible communication. Don't waste your time.

Above and Beyond! – It was a Friday evening 6pm and I needed certain medicine which they had in stock. I found the staff (Roger I think it was) and the pharmacist Adele to be ready and willing to help when I called asking about the products. through Sydney CBD traffic arrive and collect my goods. Thank you Adele and Roger for helping me out! Very kind and efficient service at a time when everyone is looking forward to getting home for the start of the weekend and after a long week. I appreciate it.

Great and friendly service – Staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure I get my medications. Highly recommend Adele and her staff. They even deliver if you cannot pick up your own medications after surgery or in Covid isolation.

When busy they still accommodating me – I purchased a item online and within few minutes I had a call from the store to inform me that it’s had just run out of stock. The pharmacy offered to refund it however I wanted to keep my order to when it becomes available.

I had the same experience – I also got a 'run around' by Adore Pharmacy, paying for stock on their website which they did not have. I posted a review and response on Google Reviews. PayPal said Adore Pharmacy could have refunded my money at any time. I also read on their facebook page from another reviewer that they were selling single face masks for $25 each during the height of the pandemic.

All you get is a run around – I purchased medication online and when I checked if they were sending the same as what they had advertised they advised it was different and they hadn’t updated their website. lodged a complaint with PayPal who are now investigating them and I’m about to lodge a complaint with the ACCC. The adore owner replied to me telling me it was my fault I wasn’t being refunded as I’d lodged a complaint with PayPal??? Then went on to say that she was in Switzerland on holiday and she didn’t have to reply to me she was going out of her way. So.... incorrect product being sold online and somehow it’s my fault that 2 1/2 weeks later I’m still waiting on my refund. I don’t think so. I will NEVER purchase from this company again and advise anyone thinking of it not too. Still waiting on my money ???????

The Service and Level of Care is Excellent – I went in to have a prescription filled by the resident Compounding Chemist and when she asked, I omitted to let her know that I was Lactose Intolerant - the result after 4 doses was not good.
