Refund refused – Bought an adult toy that didn't work. Found hole in latex. Box had previously been opened. Possible previous return. Purchased at 1pm. Manager refused refund over the phone at 5 pm. Was very rude and dismissive. Threw product in the bin. $100 + wasted.....what a fool I was to shop here!!!!!

After sales service – I found their after sales service pretty good. There was a product that was not working right but this is a branded manufacturer fault. The after sale service is still progressing but I found adult direct value customers and do everything they can to help and didn't make me feel odd

at adult direct to see if I could just go to buy the product from the warehouse. They confirmed I could visit the warehouse and buy any products at the same discount prices as advertised on their website. The business is run by a couple who friendly provided all the information about the product and let me experience the product (a demo tester). Also they offer 30 days replacement warranty for almost all of the products they sell. I have to say this is the only online adult shop which offers offline shop experience in Sydney area.
