It's ok, it beats making plunger coffee – It is a very messy machine, coffee grinds get stuck in the drop-down shoot (from the grinder) which periodically fall onto the tray below, you are forever cleaning the tray, but other than this, it makes great coffee! We had a cabinet made specifically for this coffee machine, which cost us a further NZ$750.00 it doesn't come pre-installed in a cabinet. You would have thought, being it was the last model in-store at Harvey Norman, they could have sold us the cabinet it was in, but no, we had to have our own made. design (stand alone, free's up space on bench tops), easy to fill, easy to use it's messy
It had been on the shop floor for about 5 years, they couldn't sell it, it's recommended retail was NZ$3,150.00, but to take it off of their hands, we got it on sale for NZ$750.00
