Refund – Placed a order on line for parts for a Honeywell Evap Airconditioner. They advised that the parts where unavailable from their supplier and offered a refund which was accepted. Have sent two followup emails regarding the refund. These have not been responded to. Still waiting for the refund. Think twice before dealing with them.
