We recently used Qantas Valet Parking at Sydney Airport. dial was set on permanent. It’s more than likely the light was left on which in turn depleted the battery.

I have attempted to contact both Qantas Valet Services who were apologetic but not much help and directed me to contact Sydney Parking, to whom I have sent three emails and yet to hear back from anyone, with the exception of an automatic reply email advising that they are extremally busy and will get back to me at some stage.

Battery had to be replaced.

There is no accountability or clear process in resolving issues.

Based on my experience I would strongly recommend avoiding QANTAS Valet Parking.

Cannot complain about the service we were provided by Jeff he went well and beyond in providing us with a great service. Made two special trips to pick us up the following day as we stayed the night prior and on return from overseas. Keep up the great service.

Competitive parking rates and Very Efficient airport parking service – Airport Park & Fly offer a very efficient and fast airport parking service in Sydney. Their rates are very competitive. First time I tried off airport parking and the savings are huge. Will use these guys again. 26 days parking only $300 indoor.

BEST VALUE AIRPORT PARKING IN SYDNEY – Airport Park & Fly offers great value compared to other rates in the market, we didn’t even have to wait for a shuttle or other passengers, the own car valet option is great, they dropped us on the comfort of own car and they are so close to the airport. Highly recommended.

Worst airport parking experience – We made a booking from The 23/11/24 until the 1/12/24 paid $190 but cancelled the booking, but no matter how many times i have called chasing a refund i have been repeatedly told the manager is not here ring back again tommorrow! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Writing this as we are driving home from Sydney Airport, shocked at the lack of communication and professionalism. Rude staff (one nice man took us to the airport), otherwise very abrupt and unprofessional. I believe they get bookings as they have a similar name to Park & Fly Mascot. We drove to the Mascot parking lot by accident and wish it was the company we booked with. Never again will we use this company!!

Advertising misleading information – My experience was extremely bad. The only reason I have rated them a 1 is because you cannot rate lower. the booking. As the online bookling went through and cost deducted from my account I believed all was good. Upon arrival on the day there was nobody at the 3rd party vendor used by flyparks. Phone number provided was not attended. I rushed to Perth LP parking and was lucky to find an open spot over a long weekend. I phone 3rd party later in the day during a layover and was instructed to send mail to flyparks. I did and was contacted by flyparks. I requested a full refund as there was nobody to drop my vehicle off at the time requested. She responded that 3rd party vendor indicated their drop off and pick up times was different to my booking and did not align with my request and what I paid for. 3rd party vendor only operates from 08:00 to 17:00. She confirmed that they will NOT be refunding me based on this. I requested to speak to the customer complaint department. She informed me that there is nobody else to escalate. My view is that flyparks advertise misleading information as when you book, they request a drop off and pick up time knowing that the 3rd party vendor cannot adhere to the request. This was a planned holiday that the family was looking forward to for a long time. Had we not found LP parking at Perth Airport we would have missed our plane. Very frustrating and very disappointed with flyparks advertising misleading information. (As matter of interest flyparks was not that much cheaper than LP parking at the Perth Airport!)

Park and fly poor information – On the reservations we made it said to park at a certain address, no where did it mention that it was a hotel garage so we went and drove round and round. receipt. We had to go on line to their website to find the number, called and they had to search out a driver to come and let us in to the hotel parking and then take us to the airport. Lucky we were there early so we had time to make our flight. The driver was very nice but admin was terrible. We called on our return and went to the designated parking area, luckily we were there just as he showed up as the designated parking area was quite large and we were not given a specific place to meet. Not what was advertised – Advertised they provided a transfer service. We arrived at the location and was told one of their employees would drive our car - there was five of us and 5 large suitcases!!! The driver smelt of stale cigarettes and alcohol. We were told the car would be parked under cover but we have no idea where. The thought of someone driving our car was unsettling

don't really know who you're talking to, just a phone number. Their business practices are erratic to say the best and when I asked for a receipt to be emailed I was told he wasn't going to change his business practices just for me! When we arrived at the 'parking station' we were met by a polite man who drove us all to the airport (Sydney) then drove away - but we wouldn't have had any idea where the car was taken to be parked and the parking station shown in their online advert doesn't exist at the address given. However the car picked us up on our return as we were told it would and there were not really any problems apart from the refusal to give written info or to answer questions. I like businesses to be transparent and easy to check on and this lot are just too tricky and evasive so we won't use them again.

Sounds like a scam – I did not book because it was very sketchy. An old man picked up and greeted me and started asked me for the usual stuff; Car details, date and time of arrival and departure. quick to take your money but slow to refund- waiting over 3 weeks – Booked parking over a month in advance. Needed to cancel a few days later. According to their terms and conditions, I am entitled to a full refund. Almost 3 weeks and still waiting. Do not use this company. They are a rip-off of the real park n fly. Better off going to the NRMA website and clicking on their link if you are a member, get a 20% discount.

Terrible company – Terrible company Terrible company, had to cancel, told me 7-10 days for refund. Then emailed after 10 days, then told me 3-4 weeks.. exactly on the last day of the 4 weeks I get a refund Minus 15% for [Content Removed] all. Didn't even get the full refund.. steer clear !!!!!!

This needs to be shut – I booked with these guys in Nov 2018 and lost my money. I got NSW fair trading involved but they couldn't do much either. This business needs to be shut. Dont book with this business!!!!!!

Great Place To Park Your Car. Only Minutes To Airport – We parked with Airport Park & Fly for 14 days. The staff were nice. Their rates can’t be matched by any other car park. I called 5 other places. The location is only 1 traffic lights to international. You can’t get closer. Nice place to park.

The most amazing sydney airport parking rates and service – We parked our car with airport park & fly for 6 weeks as we had a business matter to deal with in Melbourne and I can say the rates we obtained are amazing $8 a day simply can’t be beaten The service is great and the free valet transfers are even better as they are on demand and you Don’t need to wait for a long time like this other airport parking firms. Disgusting – Wow!!! Just called airport park and fly Sydney airport for a quote the first thing the man said in a rude manner was “5 missed calls how can I help you???” I replied “Ummm sorry it’s my second time trying do you not want customers?? “ for the mans arrogance it’s lost the company a potential customer and from what I can see from the reviews they need new staff !!! Unfortunately i cannot provide the name of the person as the customer service when returning my call as they did not answer when i rang was top notch (hoping you can hear the sarcasm in my writing of that). This number is also the number you are to call to be picked up. Glad i wasn't making that call. Everyone, take your business elsewhere!!!! This guy is an absolute pig!

Aggressive, Rude & derogatory language: Park & Fly Mascot – Our flight was 45 minutes late, the man attending the call shouted & used derogatory language to arrange our pick up from the airport. To all be prepared to be met by a very aggressive staff member that will make all efforts to make this experience as difficult as possible. I seriously thought the person attending the call may have had an issue with my ethnicity, why else would he talk in this aggressive tone!!!! KEEP AWAY.

Rude staff and dodgy company – I have booked my parking with this company. After a couple days, i have requested for refund and they asked me to send text message with all information which i have sent within a few minutes. I am calling them everyday regarding refund but either their boss is away from desk or staff is very rude and yell.

BEST AIRPORT PARKING RATES IN SYDNEY – Airport Park & Fly are only 100 metres away from the terminal. The rates they offer can’t be beaten. You can try and get a better rate but don’t waste your time. The service is quick & efficient. Would definitely use Airport Park & Fly again.

Vile people – Arrived to fowl mouthed man behind counter, no help with my elderly parents smart crap remarks, had to load our bags and when dropped at airport had to unload own bags. On return the gentleman that picked us up was very nice and helpful, got to station and once again arrogant rude men who left us with bags and no help whatsoever . Exceptional Airport parking rates and service – we parked with Airport Park & Fly as our hotel Quest Mascot referred them to us, only $10 a day for 28 days airport parking in Sydney. We called other companies, they couldnt come close, one mob wanted $22 a day Thats double the rate. Unbelievable. Thanks Airport Park & Fly
